Cryptobarter provides a non-custodial wallet, meaning you retain control of your private keys and funds at all times outside of an active escrow-protected trade. We do not have access to your wallet's private keys and cannot recover them if lost. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your wallet credentials.

Cryptobarter may charge fees for certain services, such as trade execution or withdrawals. Applicable fees will be clearly disclosed within the app before you confirm a transaction. We reserve the right to update our fee structure, with reasonable notice provided to users.
Cryptobarter is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We are not liable for losses arising from market volatility, third-party actions, unauthorized account access due to your own negligence, or events beyond our reasonable control. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid to us in the preceding twelve months.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service, engage in fraudulent or illegal activity, or pose a risk to the platform or other users. You may also close your account at any time by contacting our support team.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in our services or applicable law. Continued use of Cryptobarter after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable local law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through the appropriate legal channels in our jurisdiction of operation.
